ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP: Visibility + Targeted Student Access

As an associate, you get all the affiliate benefits, plus direct, targeted access to students in the following ways:

  • Job Announcements on Full-time Jobs Page

    Your company's job announcements are posted on the jobs page. You get to make two announcements annually in HTML, up to 500 words, along with the contact information for one person at your company, and a link back to a page on your company's web site.

  • Internship and Job Emails to Undergraduate Students

    For every internship and job posting, you get to send one email to all or selected students for immediate attention. You can select students based on a combination of GPA and courses taken to ensure that you reach the most appropriate students. The email can be up to 100 words, in HTML, with one link to a web page on your company's web site, and the contact information (email/phone) of one person at your company. In the email, we add a link to your posting on the internships/jobs page.

  • Campus Events Emails to Undergraduate Students

    For every campus event posting on the events page, you get to send one email to all our students for immediate attention. The email can be up to 100 words, in HTML, with one link to a web page on your company's web site, and the contact information (email/phone) of one person at your company. In the email, we add a link to your posting on the campus events page.

  • Facilitated Access to Student Communities

    USACS (Undergraduate Student Alliance of Computer Scientists) and WCS (Women in Computer Science) are our primary CS student organizations. As an associate member of the IAP, you get our help in setting up conversations with the USACS and WCS officers, as well as other influential members. You can get their valuable input about the interests and aspirations of our Computer Science students, and the various events they hold to inform, educate and socialize.

  • Help in Organizing Information Sessions on Campus

    We help you organize one of your information sessions on campus. We work with you to to determine prospective dates and times when students are most likely to attend, directing your presentation so it resonates with students, bring in representatives from the student communities USACS and WCS to give their input on what makes a presentation at Rutgers successful.

The annual fee for becoming an Associate is $5,000.
