Semantic Scholar is a new academic search engine from the Allen Institute of Artificial Intelligence. It uses a number of new metrics to track how research is cited and built upon. This search engine currently in its beta stage, indexes only CS research publications. The latest results rank Rutgers CS at #21 in terms of “Highly Influential Citations”
