https://www.Arnetminer.org published a list of 28 first-tier conferences in Computer Science, and identified the top three most-cited papers of each conference since 1996. Rutgers DCS faculty and affiliated faculty members have 9 top-3 papers, 5 of which are the most cited papers from the respective conferences.
