The Computer Science Department at Rutgers University invites applications for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position focusing on Computer Systems and Networking.
The appointments will start September 1st, 2017.
We invite applications from all areas in Computer Systems, but are especially interested in Networking, Distributed Systems, Data Management, and Internet-of-Things.

Responsibilities include research, teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses in various fields of Computer Science and supervision of PhD students based on funded projects.
Applicants should show evidence of exceptional research promise with potential for external funding, and commitment to quality advising and teaching. Hired candidates must complete their Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field by July 30, 2017.
