Duke Convocation, September 30th 1999

I was granted an undergraduate teaching award last spring. At Duke's Founder's Day Convocation, I was honored along with the other award recipients. We got to march into Duke Chapel in academic gowns (I forgot to order one, so I got a generic Duke Ph.D. gown). After the ceremony, I recognized Donna Lisker, a friend from elementary school that I haven't seen in around twenty years.
