Context-Free Grammar Learning

Wants to learn context-free grammars from data.  Wants to do this
incrementally to make it more realistic.

Compares to inside-outside algorithm (EM).

Cites Oates (2001) for identifying words and denotations from data.
This is his thesis.

SCFGs are a representation used in both classical AI linguistic
processing and machine learning.

Cites Stolcke (1994) for learning the structure of SCFGs; this paper
focuses on parameter learning.

On page 3, the "X->z" production should probably be "Z->z".

There's also a typo concerning the slow increase.  It says there is a
multiplication by 0.01, which should be 1.01.
