PART B: Modify the systest.c program to perform an ALL_TO_ALL_BC_RING
using algorithm 3.4. Provide the timings for different sizes of messages.
Compare the performance with another program using MPI_ALTOALL routine.
Explain the differences if ANY by using a trace of the MPI_ALTOALL
routine.
