Well, how about this. Both were true. I thought I was telling him was *cool*. But I was also telling him he wasn't a business man. It is not that a business man is "better" than *cool*, it is why did I see Charles as more a *cool* man than a business man? Would I have seen a white business man in the same way, as more a *cool* man than a business man? Doubtful. And to Charles he WAS a business man, not a *cool* unbusiness-like man. Charles was the one, remember, that got to "name" it.
