This style file is provided in the hopes that it might be of some use to other departments using LaTeX and attempting to conform to the Rutgers identity policies. Additionally, while this package is supported internally for the Department of Computer Science and the Department of Physics and Astronomy, it is not supported by the authors for the rest of the university.
