Unlocking your account and resetting passwords

Overview

The ORACLE Password Reset application will allow you to set your password to logon to the ORACLE student database. You must use this application before using the database, as your account is initially locked. This means you are unable to log in at all.

Resetting your password

You can change your password at any time you desire. All you have to do is visit the application page, log in with your remus/romulus login information and then you can set your password to log in to the database

Why is my account locked

Your account status may be set as "Locked." This means that you are unable to log in to the database. This occurs when your account is first created by the staff members in charge of making the student accounts. It also may be because you have failed to login repeatedly. Once you set a password here, your account will be automatically unlocked.
