Notes on the second HPCD Workshop

The second HPCD Workshop was held at Rutgers University on July 20 and
21, 1995, which was approximately the midpoint of the second of four
years of the project.  The goals of the workshop were to review the
project goals, to bring together the people related to the project,
and to get a good "big-picture" overview of project progress.  During
the technical sessions of the workshop, investigators from each of the
project's areas summarized the research that had been done in the
previous year.  This memo summarizes these talks.
