The files are organized as follows:

First name is the name of the speaker
Then the second is a number which shows the number of the file for the speaker.

If there is color, the word color is part of the file
So that you can print in color
Actually since I may have mistakenly not put the word color in
all the files we want color here they are:

delingette-0-color.pdf
KarlReinig-0.pdf
nadia-0.pdf
metaxas-1.pdf




The order of the files in the notes should be:

1) Course-intro
2) Rainig files
3) Imielinska files
4) Duncan files
5) Metaxas files
6) Halle files
7) Delingette files
8) Nadia  Magnenat Thalmann files
