I will discuss two research projects.  The first would enhance the security and privacy in Online Social Networks, by decentralizing them while preserving their communal nature.

The second project would enable an heterogenous group of distributed actors to coordinate in a fault tolerant manner, even if they have no knowledge of each other's structure and behavior.
