Inconsistent data, different pages gave different answers to the same questions
Too many places to look, didn't know where to start. Search resulted in not finding data or finding too much irrelvant data.
Too many pages out of date.
Formating, look and feel inconsistant.
too many different editors use, dreamweaver, composer, raw html, etc...

LCSR Pages are for Technical Staff, Technical Documents and LCSR audience.
CS Pages for everything but the LCSR pages.
Global Navigational Top menu was choosen
color/fonts for immediate answers.
