The FTE-hours per month are the staff resources necessary to provide the service.
All services have two people responsible for the service: a primary and a secondary. Except for unusual circumstances one of these two people should be on-site during normal business hours. Responsibility for the service rests with the primary contact. The secondary contact is reponsible for the service when the primary is not availalbe.
