Directions

Here is a picture and campus map centered on the CoRE building.

  • Garden State Parkway (northbound or southbound)
    • Exit GS Parkaway at Exit 129 for the New Jersey Turnpike.
    • Enter NJ Turnpike and head south
    • Follow directions to campus from the New Jersey Turnpike

  • New Jersey Turnpike (northbound or southbound)
    • Exit NJ Turnpike at Exit 9. After toll booths bear to the right; follow signs for "Route 18 North - New Brunswick."
    • Continue along Route 18. It will pass over Route 1 (Approx .5 miles)
    • Follow directions to campus from Route 1

  • Route 1 (North or South)
    • Exit onto Route 18 for North-New Brunswick
    • Continue on Route 18 past the exits for "Route 27" and proceed over the Raritan River. Take the second exit after crossing the river - its marked Busch Campus (Approx. 3.5 miles)
    • Stay on this road until it reaches a circle. Take the first exit off the circle onto Bartholomew Road. (Approx. 0.7 miles)
    • Follow Bartholom road to the first intersection, a 4 way stop, and turn left onto Brett Road. (Approx. 0.2 miles)
    • Follow Brett Road to parking lots for the CoRE building.

  • Route 287 (northbound or southbound)
    • Turn off at Exit 9 (formerly Exit 5) "Bound Brook/Highland Park".
    • Proceed East on River Road toward Highland Park until you reach the third traffic light (approximately 3 miles) at the intersection of River Road, and Hoes Lane - turn left onto Hoes Lane.
    • Follow this for a few hundred yards; a golf course will appear on your right and a 45-degree-to-the-right road will appear - take this turn onto Freilinghuysen Road. Follow this - the golf course will continue on your right, and various University buildings will be on your left. Proceed to the traffic circle, and take the third exit - the equivalent of a ninety-degree left turn. This is Bartholomew Road.
    • Follow Bartholom road to the first intersection, a 4 way stop, and turn left onto Brett Road. (Approx. 300 yards)
    • Follow Brett Road to parking lots for the CoRE building.

  • Public Transportation
    • Take Amtrak or the New Jersey Transit train to New Brunswick, then either
    • Take a cab to Busch Campus, or
    • Walk east along College Avenue to the Campus Bus stop
    • Take free bus A to Busch Campus
    • Get off at Hill Center
